Over the last 15 years in the industry, Dave has been teaching and training for almost all of it. Whether it be teaching beverage management at the college level with Humber and George Brown, training 120 of Haiti's top hospitality students consulting with HVS or educating and training teams on wine for high powered chains and independent establishments, Dave has helped forge a wide range of wine ambassadors throughout Canada and beyond. Dave has also been shaping wine lists across Canada over the last 10 years working as a Strategic Account manager for one of the largest Wine companies in the word - Constellation Brands. Partnering with major chains like Cara, Cineplex VIP, Red Lobster, The Cheescake factory, Porter Airlines and a host of other independent restaurants has allowed Dave to gain an in depth understanding of what the blueprint for success looks like for a wine list at any level of restaurant.
